see all reviewsThe workout was good and beginner friendly, but I wish there was more of a challenge. It’s a bit expensive for the credits too (given studio size and amenities) so I’d recommend going if they reduce it to 12-13 credits.

We held a few restorative postures for a long time but the class flew by. My first reiki experience too and it was so lovely.
