The class was tough and overwhelming, but I got a great workout even if I couldn’t quite keep up. It was beautiful dry heat that lent itself to the perfect conditions for warming up my muscles. The class was SO RELAXING AND ZEN. It was more of a mental workout than anything. I had to try hard to remain focused on being in the moment and pulling myself back when my thoughts ran away. The actual moves were slow and soft. I throughly enjoyed it and loved the instructor. I will definitely be back. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in trying heated workouts.

see all reviewsClass was good and i can definitely tell if you commit to many classes you’ll see results! However, for beginners I recommend you take one of the introductory classes first. I strategically placed myself next to someone who has taken +100 classes and I’m glad I did because without a visual guide it can be hard to follow just the verbal cues from the instructor. I really appreciated the instructor giving me a little extra attention since it was my first class and helped me with hand on adjustments. I definitely will try some more classes

see all reviewsSamuel was absolutely fabulous. First time coming to this studio and taking this class and I was not expecting to sweat this much. Did I ask myself multiples time during this class, “Why didn’t you just sleep in on this beautiful Sunday?” Yes. Yes I did. But, when class was over, I deliriously was excited to come back here next Sunday. It’s not classical mat Pilates and is very HIIT/tabata focused, which I loved. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat. They are available in studio to rent: $3 for towel, $5 for mat. Be sure to arrive early since they lock the front door for safety when class begins so no late arrivals. Come ready to sweat!
