    Mat Pilates

    Sasha is by far the best instructor I have ever had in pilates. She knows how to make you sweat and push yourself, but still have fun while doing it. The atmosphere in the class that she creates is a safe space for everyone and encourages the concept of loving and listening to one’s body. I love this class! Sasha is amazing and truly has a passion for what she does which is such a gift. Could not urge people more to book one of her classes!

    Daniela is an amazing teacher. Her classes feel very intentionally structured and she really gets you to work every muscle group hard. She takes care to give corrections and make sure people are doing the exercises correctly. And her enthusiasm and encouragement helps get you through! 12/10 would recommend ⭐️

    NOUVELLE LUNE: SLOW FLOW, YIN + YOGA NIDRA

    Super bon cours ! j’ai vraiment apprécié que le prof nous ait donné suffisamment de temps pour la partie de yin yoga. Le mouvement somatique était aussi bien intégré et même si j’étais pas trop à l’aise au début, ses encouragements à se détendre m’ont permis de tout lâcher prise. L’ajout de yoga nidra et la possibilité de choisir une carte (du tarot?) étaient vraiment bien pensés. Merci infiniment !

    Circuit workout - Sweat Fusion

    I had an amazing time working out with Linda! She introduced me to a great mix of exercises, and her playlist was so motivating—it really kept my energy up! This was actually my second visit to the fitness center, and I loved that I had the chance to work out alone both times. It allowed the coaches to really focus on me and help me with my progress. The center is absolutely gorgeous, and everything is brand new, which makes working out even more enjoyable!
