Sequencing was beautiful instructor was by far one of the most clear Knowledgeable teachers I've had in the last 15 years. Having practiced pretty much all over the world. see all reviewsHighly recommend! Carolina is the best! The way she adjusted the position I was in to make certain I was reaping the full benefits from the pose, was wonderful. And not only just me, others too. During the class she gave us some knowledge on what the yoga poses were improving within the body. Love this experience overall! Only thing to remember the bathrooms are in a different area off to the left in a separate area in case you need to go before. Even did this class with my sister who was a first timer and she had good things to say too!
