It was refreshing to experience a flow that felt similar to the usual sequence, yet different enough to be stimulating, engaging, and challenging. Her pacing and cues, combined with the heat, made for a terrific class. Great job—I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful studio space and lots of props. Renting a mat costs $2 which is not ideal for travelers (and in my opinion just not necessary). So bring your own mat. Weird and fun playlist.
