see all reviewsMy first-ever Mat Pilates class and also my first ClassPass booking, and it was such a great experience! Coach Viel was incredibly kind and welcoming. She reminded us to challenge ourselves while also listening to our bodies and reassured us that it was okay to rest whenever needed. She was very patient with me and the other first-timers, and she consistently corrected our form to make sure we were doing each movement properly. I felt supported throughout the entire class and would definitely come back!

see all reviewsCoach Efren is a really great instructor. He is particular about form, and provides regressions or progressions as needed. His cues are also easy to understand. When he learned that it is my 3rd time to attend the chair class, even though the class is for beginners, he challenged me to do more. Can't wait to go back to his class!

see all reviewsFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

see all reviewsOpen Mat always gives a warm welcome. I love the top notch customer service from IG queries, the reception, up to the sanitation of the mats and locker room. Everything is clean, pleasant and so conducive to a stress-free practice. Enzo, the Yoga Instructor, takes the time to get to know the yoga journey of each student and adjusts the class accordingly. He provides options for the poses depending on what’s available to each student. This is my second class with him and I’m very satisfied again with what I achieved mentally, emotionally and physically afterwards. What a wonderful way to spend Saturday mornings!

Focus is more on trusting the hammock and being free with your movements. Definitely going to come back. :))

see all reviewsLord, I’ve never sweat this much in my entire life. 😭🔥 Inferno Pilates Yoga truly lives up to its name—it was HOT. Every class felt like a workout and a sauna combined. It was super intense, and I definitely had to take a few breaks to catch my breath, but I loved every second of it. If you’re looking for a class that will challenge your strength, endurance, and mental grit while leaving you absolutely drenched, this is it. Brutal? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Can’t wait to go back! 💪❤️🔥

see all reviewsWe had our own pace, which made the workout really enjoyable. The gym is spacious, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are accommodating. The place has a peaceful atmosphere and a great ambience. The only downside is the parking—it’s quite limited and usually full. Luckily, a car left just in time, so I was able to get a parking spot. Overall, it was a great experience.

see all reviewsI didn't catch the instructor's name from the Saturday, July 26th 8am class, but he was excellent. Even with a hoarse voice, his cues for form and breath were spot-on. Small group of just four of us, so it felt very personal. It flew by! Marketed as beginner but felt more like a solid intermediate, challenging in the best way.
