    HIIT + Stretch

Incredibly good HIIT class! Instructor gives clear instructions, is hands-on in guiding each movement, and walks around to motivate everyone. Good stretching too!

    YOGA BASICS

Coach Zsan is very zen! He was warm and welcoming and help me and a first timer go through slow and stretchy movements. I've attended Yoga Basics classes before, but this one felt specifically slow, with long pauses and a focus on breathing. 🙏 Thanks, Coach!

    Group Reformer Class (Beginner)

My teacher (Ela) was super supportive, and I felt so validated every time I finished an exercise. She helps you and pushes you to do your best without making you feel pressured. As a plus-size girl, I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to do some of the exercises and that she might get upset with me if I couldn’t. But she pushes you in a way that makes you believe you can actually do it. And surprisingly, I aced most of the exercises! Thank you, Teach Ela!! Will definitely be back! 💗

Tried aerial yoga for the first time and had so much fun! 🫶🏼 Got a really good stretch and even tried an inversion pose. The coach was so friendly and engaging, and the studio is beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend! 💕

    Pound

First time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

    Ashtanga Basics

teacher mini is so quirky and fun to be with. finally found a basics/foundational class that actually teaches the theoretics. im starting to read books about yoga because the beginner classes ive went to just says beginner because the movement is easy but doesnt go deep in the foundational information that you need. we had some classroom like discussions in between which i like (maybe im just a nerd). love how mini explains to us the why and how of each poses and helps us be more sustainable in the practice for long term. she really emphasized that you need not just the physical aspect but also the mental prepared for yoga (and breathing). she also encourages us to have fun and chill out. this class was challenging but ill definitely go back.

    VINYASA FLOW

First time trying vinyasa but tried yoga before. I expected more challenging poses like the ones I saw. I’m not sure if Coach modified the class since most of the attendees were first-timers. Nonetheless, Coach was really nice and I loved the flow! 🧘‍♀️ We didn’t stop moving and every move was intentional. I definitely felt the burn despite the simple poses. It also tested my balance. Studio was huge to fit more than 10 people at once. They just maybe need a bit of cleaning 😅 Mat rentals are available for 50 pesos, just bring a towel to cover it as I’m not sure if they clean it.
