see all reviewsIt was my first time trying their yoga class, and my first impression was positive. I liked the space as it was large enough to move comfortably. I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!
Sama Sanctuary is a wellness space where we support individuals to feel better, move… Suspend and Mat Blend
see all reviewsThis was my third time at the studio and I really enjoyed this session. The coach demos the harder movements clearly and gives form corrections throughout class, which helped a lot especially when trying new exercises. We got to do some unique movements and even worked on inversions, which was honestly my favorite part since it reminded me of what I enjoy most in aerial yoga classes. Since more time was spent on the more difficult suspend movements, we didn’t get to do as much mat work, but overall it was still a really fun and challenging class.

see all reviewsThere’s really something about Bikram yoga that keeps me coming back. It’s challenging in a way that pushes both your body and mental endurance. You’ll probably question your life decisions mid-class especially with the heat but it’s all part of the experience. By the end though, it’s completely worth it. My body feels lighter, more stretched out, and surprisingly energized, while my mind feels calmer and more centered. It’s that contrast of intensity and clarity after that makes the practice so addictive. Definitely tough but also incredibly rewarding every single time!

see all reviewsCoach Monique is amazing. She's very approachable and hands-on. She tailored the entire class for beginners, making it accessible while still keeping it challenging. She provides great guidance throughout, which made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding. I thoroughly enjoyed her class and would gladly take it again.

see all reviewsThe flow of the session was very intentional, from grounding breathwork at the start, smoothly transitioning into focused quad, glute, and ab exercises, and ending with a calming stretch to release tension. Everything felt well thought out and balanced, leaving me both energized and relaxed after class. The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges. I also noticed that the floor had a slightly sandy or grainy texture in some areas, possibly from fine dust, so a quick refresh before class could make it feel even more polished. Overall, it’s a well-structured and enjoyable class with Coach Kaara. Definitely something I’d come back to!

see all reviewsHad such a good first experience at Reformation Club. It was our first time trying the Wunda Chair, but Coach Tinkerbell made the class feel light, approachable, and far less intimidating than we expected. We arrived a bit late, but the staff was very gracious and still accommodated us. Coach even gave us a quick walkthrough of the chair so we could smoothly catch up with the rest of the class. Great ambiance too — clean space, calming vibe, and overall a very welcoming studio for beginners.

Everflow Studio
7th Floor, R Square Residences, Taft Avenue, corner P.Ocampo St., MalateGroup Class
see all reviewsThe class focused on fundamentals of pilates, but I’ve never encountered some of the movements elsewhere. Coach Christine’s approach was different, I found it more technical and intentional rather than performative. She helped us correct our forms and articulate properly. She spotted my scoliosis and modified the movements for me, which I appreciated 😊 be back soon!

see all reviewsIt’s my first time trying ClassPass and honestly, I haven’t been taking care of myself as much as I should lately. This class definitely got me sweating and struggling, but in a good way! Masha was attentive, helping correct my form and offering modifications whenever I needed them. As a beginner, I never felt intimidated or out of place. The atmosphere was welcoming, staff was also kind, and I left feeling accomplished and energized. I’d love to come back again!

see all reviewsSuper fun class! Coach was funny and really supportive, which honestly made the whole studio vibe feel so welcoming. The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
A boutique pole, aerial, & dance studio in Quezon City "Let's go to B.E.D."Inferno Hot Pilates
see all reviewsFirst time trying hot Pilates and I honestly really enjoyed it. I’ve only done Bikram yoga before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I ended up loving it just as much. Coach Fairy’s teaching style is very direct and no-frills which I actually appreciate. Just a heads up though: this isn’t your “gentle encouragement and soft motivation” kind of class. If you’re looking to be pampered or lovingly coached through every move like a baby bird learning to fly, this might not be for you. BUT if you like being pushed, challenged, and slightly questioning your life choices mid-workout in the best way, you’ll fit right in! Only small suggestion: clearer signage please! The studio was a bit tricky to find since it’s tucked inside a townhouse. I almost went on an unintended neighborhood tour but thankfully a kind man outside pointed me to the very end on the left side. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again!
