see all reviewsIt was my first time trying their yoga class, and my first impression was positive. I liked the space as it was large enough to move comfortably. I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

see all reviewsCoach Raffy is always willing to take the time to look at your form, give modifications, and make slight adjustments. :) He also has a warm, welcoming presence, though it would be nice to better understand the positions by explaining them in a Yoga Basics class. 💖

see all reviewsCoach Monique is amazing. She's very approachable and hands-on. She tailored the entire class for beginners, making it accessible while still keeping it challenging. She provides great guidance throughout, which made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding. I thoroughly enjoyed her class and would gladly take it again.

see all reviewsThe flow of the session was very intentional, from grounding breathwork at the start, smoothly transitioning into focused quad, glute, and ab exercises, and ending with a calming stretch to release tension. Everything felt well thought out and balanced, leaving me both energized and relaxed after class. The studio itself is clean, minimalist, and very pleasing to the eyes, with great air-conditioning that keeps the space comfortable throughout the session. For an even better experience, a bit more spacing between mats would be nice, especially during movements that require wider arm ranges. I also noticed that the floor had a slightly sandy or grainy texture in some areas, possibly from fine dust, so a quick refresh before class could make it feel even more polished. Overall, it’s a well-structured and enjoyable class with Coach Kaara. Definitely something I’d come back to!

see all reviewsI think i found my new favorite studio in the metro 😌 i loved every sqm of the place, it was clean, spacious, aesthetic interior, and with complete amenities! They have lockers, shower, water dispenser, all the equipment are provided. They even give hot tea and biscuits after class +1! The class was very relaxing.. too relaxing i almost fell asleep 😆 coach was so good at giving instructions and affirmations. Recommended for beginners and even those who do not have any experience in yoga. Will come back to try other classes! 💗

see all reviewsFirst time trying hot Pilates and I honestly really enjoyed it. I’ve only done Bikram yoga before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I ended up loving it just as much. Coach Fairy’s teaching style is very direct and no-frills which I actually appreciate. Just a heads up though: this isn’t your “gentle encouragement and soft motivation” kind of class. If you’re looking to be pampered or lovingly coached through every move like a baby bird learning to fly, this might not be for you. BUT if you like being pushed, challenged, and slightly questioning your life choices mid-workout in the best way, you’ll fit right in! Only small suggestion: clearer signage please! The studio was a bit tricky to find since it’s tucked inside a townhouse. I almost went on an unintended neighborhood tour but thankfully a kind man outside pointed me to the very end on the left side. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again!
