see all reviewsi enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!

see all reviewsMy first time attending Ashtanga class, but ive attended other kinds of yoga before. I was shookt that this one was very challenging for me esp. for my body type, but tried my best nonetheless. The instructor was very friendly, will encourage to push you to your limit and really took the time to check on everyone. The studio looked clean and aesthetic. Good class!
