This is the intro class I've been looking for! Ximena is an exceptional teacher. Conditioning directly relates to pole, and we spent much more time on the pole than any other intro class I've taken. see all reviewsAn hour went by so fast. The instructions were fairly clear, and the workout sequence gradually increased in intensity, putting a bit more tension on my abs and the backs of my arms. Note to myself: I yawned throughout the last half of the session, and I felt dizzy during the arm exercise where I had to keep my arms straight out in a T-shape, pull them down to my sides, which lifts my body up and down, almost as if I were shaking myself vertically while lying down.
