Overall would say it was intermediate level, you would definitely struggle to follow as a beginner, but nothing was overly challenging.     I really liked Ashley’s teaching style and emphasis on form. She reminds me of Emily Calhoun in the best way. I also liked her music. I didn’t love her routine- I felt like we could have held the moves for longer and had longer oblique and leg series. There was a girl in the class though who didn’t do any crunching (maybe due to pregnancy?) which was super annoying so that’s something for SLT to consider as a policy since if you’re going to do your own thing for 30% of the class why bother coming?
