see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class more than I thought I would, it is a bit fast paced and some of the steps I couldn’t get my head around as I am a complete beginner, but it was a nice way to spend a Friday night. We went to revs de Cuba after the class and danced some more salsa, I would come to this again 💗

Have been doing Pilates for some time & joined a beginners class with my friend who is new to Pilates, and came out learning so much about how to improve my form and felt the muscles being isolated in a way that they never did before. The studio space is also lovely & bright and reformer beds can be adjusted to height!! Thank you so much Rachel, will definitely be trying other classes ☺️
