I literally had no clue what I was doing with any gym equipment, absolute novice, never step foot in a gym, yet others in the class were complete power houses. Liv was able to personalise the class for everyone without any sacrifice for those that were super capable, vs me. I was pushed the perfect amount, still feeling tender a couple days later, but a good burn. Not to mention everyone I met, class attendees and staff were just lovely. I felt really welcome.
