see all reviewsI've been practicing yoga for many years and this is one of the best classes in Lisbon. João is a true professional - precise, clear, no filler. The class is advanced and genuinely challenging and the flow is well built. This is a class where you feel proper yoga. Highly recommended!!

see all reviewsI had another amazing class with Rafaela! She’s so kind and helpful. The class is challenging, and she gives a lot of alternative s options for poses. She also really worked extra hard to help me feel included, even though I’m still learning Portuguese. I would definitely recommend her class!
