Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, its a chill environment you do what you can, but it is definitely a challenging class. Despite the large class size she still came around to correct form and went into more detail on the movements when she noticed more people struggling. Her class was a great, effective workout and I would definitely take it again

Filled with core, weighted arm series, spicy plank series to glutes, cardio burst with repetition to get the heart rate up, an all together flow and a HOTT core finisher. What more could you want?! Lindsey was fantastic, super encouraging, attentive, and she offered plenty of modifications that made the class accessible while still challenging. The studio itself is incredibly clean and well maintained, with great amenities that make the whole experience feel elevated. The room was heated to the perfect temperature warm enough to break a sweat but still comfortable throughout the workout. And the cool towel at the end was honestly the best touch, such a refreshing way to wrap up the class. I’ll definitely be coming back!
