Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, its a chill environment you do what you can, but it is definitely a challenging class. Despite the large class size she still came around to correct form and went into more detail on the movements when she noticed more people struggling. Her class was a great, effective workout and I would definitely take it again

You could easily burn 200-300 calories during and as for the instructor, he’s great, not too focused on the socializing aspect like other instructors or classes may but instead there to keep us on schedule, instruct us, push and motivate you to work harder, love it!
