see all reviewsI enjoyed this class. Mei’s class isn’t a conventional yoga class, it’s a chair yoga session, which felt quite new and refreshing for me. What I liked most is that it’s quite casual but still focused on mindfulness, so it doesn’t feel intense or intimidating. I also really enjoyed the social side of it. The class has a warm, close-knit feel and it made the whole experience even nicer.
