see all reviewsYou'll need to check in and sign some stuff your first time. There's 2 floors for people like me who are there for weightlifting equipment. You will need to put down your time on the board when you're using popular equipment and are limited to 20min sessions at a time. There is a pool if you bring the right clothes and a locker room to change and lock up your stuff. It is very clean and fairly condensed which I figure is expected of Tokyo. I definitely would have gone back if I had more time.

Not related to the gym, but there was a strange old person telling you to go look at smartphone elsewhere if you look at your phone in between sets (At the time I haven’t occupied the machine for longer than 5 minutes, and he straight left without using it after I was done). So to foreign visitors maybe be prepared with some Japanese to deal with it.
