see all reviewsIt was fun and energetic. There is a variation of music genres. Wish instructor had a Mike because it helps to hear the steps as she calls them out. She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.

see all reviewsI went to body pump by accident because ClassPass had the incorrect schedule. Also, make sure you go to Garden Grove as Anaheim doesn’t have classes. However, body pump was fun and the other ladies were supportive. The instructor was encouraging.
