His transitions between stations are smooth, and his timing is spot on, which keeps the pace moving seamlessly throughout class. One thing I especially appreciated was the music volume. He kept it at the perfect level (loud enough to keep the energy up, but never so loud that he needs to yell over the music). I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol.
