I was visiting from out of town and it’s changed since I last went a couple of years ago - not a big fan of the layout now but I understand since it is such a tight space.

see all reviewsBrutally honest review: I’ve been coming to YogaBox since Sept/Oct of 2025 and I would say this is one of the best studios I have come across that is challenging, hot, and gives the best vibes every time I come in. I wasn’t used to the heat when I first started so I came in once a week for a two months, upped it to two for another two, and started going to 3-4 classes since January 2026 (if this helps anyone with getting used to the intensity and heat). Every class and every instructor has their own unique twist on each class and I personally love it because it really challenges me to push myself to be better. I’ve never felt excluded or judged ever since I started for not being able to do a specific move. If anything, many cues are given on how you can adjust your practice to be your own and are encouraged to try one or two reps with a more challenging move. When I first started, I would probably go half of the class with the lowest weights and can now do multiple classes with 8lb weights. My arms are a lot more toned, I can almost do a wheel pose, my body fat is lower now, and I can definitely stretch and hold poses a lot more than I used to be able to! So thank you YogaBox!! Thank you for helping me become a stronger version of myself in an amazing atmosphere and shoutout to Alyssa, Chloe, Ali, and Michael for being a part of my wellness journey 💓

see all reviewsLoved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

see all reviewsThis was my first time taking Aurora’s Sculpt class while she was substituting, and she is an amazing instructor. I really liked the flow of her class and how she transitioned between working the left and right sides at a balanced pace. She gave enough time to feel the work and effort in each pose without staying on one side so long that discomfort or strain started to set in. I have lower back/pelvic and shoulder issues, so when one side is focused on for too long, I start to feel aches and strains that make it harder to fully perform the following exercises. Her pacing felt very thoughtful and manageable, which allowed me to stay engaged and get the most out of the workout. I would definitely take her class again.

I’ve practiced this style of breathwork before, but Daphne’s guidance made the experience feel especially powerful, safe, and supportive. see all reviewsThis was my first experience with this specific class. I found the class to be enjoyable, and the teacher's energy was impressive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

see all reviewsTorie is great! She keeps classes interesting by mixing up the routines and adding progressions that make each workout challenging. She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

Don’t grunt, moan, or make comments to your neighbor. Especially if you make a loud sound with every single exhale the ENTIRE class. It’s deeply uncomfortable. 2. Come dressed properly. I assure you, nobody wants to see you constantly adjusting your falling shorts. If you have drawstrings on them, tie them! You made today’s class weird. I hope this gets to you dude!

She brings so much love and light to her classes, celebrating everyone in the room whether it’s someone’s first or ten thousandth class. She delivers a challenging and rewarding class that builds up to an energizing climax with lots of different movements that challenge the full body and leave you feeling so proud (and very sweaty!) One of my favorite unique aspects of Deora’s class is how she leaves the last 60 seconds of class for everyone to push themselves in their own way, focused on a specific movement that each individual chooses for themselves.
