His class was fast and intentional repetitions and the whole class felt the good job intensity vibes. Very good for stress relief and fat toning. I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

Exercises made sense, we weren’t just doing a whole bunch of hoopla — perfect balance of dynamic movement, stability based movement, strength, cardio and yoga. I can tell kristian takes his craft seriously and walks the walk — he ACTUALLY does this & that reflected so much in his workout and sequence. He told us what we were targeting and talked about our transverse abdominals, posterior chain and more. He was the perfect combo of textbook knowledgeable & someone with a great personality, leadership and confidence to lead a room full of adults of many physical levels and abilities. He gave modifications/ amplifications and additional options for exercises. Honestly one of the best hot workout type classes I’ve taken in years from the many studios I attend. I’d say the class itself was a mix of vinyasa flows with a song of cardio moves (similar to what you might do during a cardio section of a CorePower Yoga Sculpt class). I also appreciated that there was one instructor to guide and a second instructor that demonstrated the proper form and movements. They were both really helpful, and as the lead Marissa was really encouraging and attentive. I burned over 300 cals and spent 30 min at a fat burning heart rate, so this is a great class for achieving my goals. It was challenging, but in the best way. I will be back and definitely recommend.
