Since it had been many years since I last danced ballet, I was still getting used to the movements and terminology, but the class was very welcoming and beginner-friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the instructor's name, but he was excellent. He was patient, supportive, and took the time to demonstrate the exercises clearly. I appreciated how comfortable the learning environment felt, especially for those of us who were still building our confidence. He explained things well and created a positive atmosphere throughout the class. Overall, it was another enjoyable experience, and I'm happy to be rediscovering ballet. Looking forward to attending more classes and continuing to improve.

It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Her class makes me wanna push myself more to fulfil the poses. My body definitely felt the burn!
