see all reviewsI’m so happy I’ve found this studio. I’ve been to a few classes here and they are all wonderful! This class is the perfect blend of challenging and centering. I really love Cheryl as an instructor. The last few classes with Cheryl I’ve been to she has started with a small exercise or posture to activate and bring focus to a specific muscle group that becomes the focus of the class. It’s been so beneficial to my practice and it’s wonderful to learn keep learning new things!
