Bailey was an amazing instructor she walked around during class, corrected our form, and made sure everyone was getting the most out of the workout. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Taysa uses a layering technique that makes the workout accessible and challenging for everyone, regardless of experience level. Each exercise starts with a beginner-friendly foundation, then gradually builds with intermediate and advanced options. This approach allows me to work at my own level while still feeling included and challenged. The class is well-structured, encouraging, and effective. I leave feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back for the next session! 10 out 10 high recommend
