60 Min. Yin (All Levels)
see all reviewsI branched away from my usual hot Pilates/barefoot Bootcamp to try the yin class as I was sore. This class was very relaxing and I really enjoyed all the stretches and poses, especially when the instructor would come around and help push us deeper into the stretch. It does say this class is 85 degrees, but to me it did not feel warm at all.

see all reviewsGreat class! Kinda hate the heat but also kinda love the heat. Sometimes I have to slow down or go lighter to keep from overheating but love stretching and yoga in the 🔥. A hot warm up & cooldown, with a not so hot in the middle would be awesome. Courtney’s routines are fantastic, such a good workout. Just enough 👌🏻

see all reviewsThis is one of the best classes I’ve taken in awhile. Amelia was motivating and gave you that extra nudge to push yourself a little more. I didn’t realize how much I needed this. My body was talking to me today. Shoulders needed all the stretches bc I swam this weekend. She also incorporated a lot heavier strength, but slow and controlled and I really appreciated it. I’ll be back to take her classes.

see all reviewsOmg she's amazing. I went to a class, and it just so happened that everyone else had canceled, so I ended up with a private class. Throughout the class she was correcting my poses or giving me better ways to sink into poses. I have been out of practice for a decade, and my body is very different from before so it was super helpful to be able to get the deep stretches with the minor adjustments she was giving me. I definitely recommend going to her. Best yoga class I've ever had.
