    Karan is always brilliant with giving everyone enough attention and tips to do better. He motivates you to push through and calls you out if you try to slack, but is also mindful if you have any injuries. The class changes but not too often so you can meaningfully progress in weight if you attend regularly. My legs shook, what more can I say? Give it a few months and the mirror will speak to you of your gains. Whole heartedly recommend HoF and Karan.

    Good class for beginners. Must be escorted by building staff to use lift so come a bit earlier. Gym is quite small but clean and well equipped.
