    Interesting class. It was definitely challenging but mainly because poses were held for so long. It was an extremely slow flow. There wasnā€™t much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes Iā€™ve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think itā€™s nice to try both.

    I was soooooo grateful for Noraā€™s class. Her calm demeanor was so thoroughly appreciated. I like this studio but some of the teachers are a little over the top aggressive so this was incredibly welcoming while still packing quite a punch šŸ„Š (Iā€™m still sore!) I loved this class so much!!!

    One the best and most fun workouts Iā€™ve had in a while. Alfredo was so welcoming and encouraging, such a playful yet focused and high energy instructor. Loved chatting for a few after class, he really made me feel like I belonged there despite never dancing Latin style a day in my life! 10/10 experience šŸ«¶šŸ»

    This is very dumbbell & kettlebell focus and very light barbell focus. Itā€™s a nice easy workout, but itā€™s not very challenging. Great instructor, and Gym otherwise. But wish they would do a bit more barbell work in these classes since one exercise is not enough.

    I really do love these classes. Such warm and welcoming energy, especially from Rachel! Never had heavy weightlifting seem so simple and casual before. I started out of convenience (close to work for me) but realistically Iā€™d go out of my way to attend. Phoenix is the best!!!

    The Kinect Method

    Book the class! Bring your yoga mat and wear comfy clothes for stretching. The class is a self massage class meaning Angie asks the class what areas they want to target, and leads the class through difference exercises using the tools she developed. It was an incredible experience bc Angie really cares about teaching the technique and makes sure to adjust and tailor everyoneā€™s postures based on their needs. You also really get *deep* with the exercises! My expressions throughout the class: šŸ„“šŸ˜¦šŸ˜–šŸ˜ŒThe studio is a little warm but not uncomfortable. Angie also just has the best energy!
