see all reviewsvery very challenging for me but i'm so glad that i experienced this class and the teacher lynne (i hope im spelling that right) was AMAZING! i'm new to yoga so i feel uncomfortable in the classes sometimes but she showed me exactly what i was supposed to be doing and modifications for the poses i couldn't do! will def be back for more classes even if there different ones 🥰
