see all reviewsLoved the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge but at a pace where you can actually feel your body in each pose rather than rushing from pose to pose. A lot of the yoga class sequences at Asyteya feel too similar, but Melody has her own style of teaching which I really appreciated. Grounding and centering practice that was so satisfying, will definitely be back!

The studio is clean, open with natural light and fresh coastal air from the ocean just a moment away - the other students in the class are welcoming and friendly.
