My first time taking class here, and it was just what I needed. The space is really cool, definitely bring a towel and wear sunscreen! The instructor was intelligent, knowledgeable, and her sequencing was spot on.

    Body Arts - All Levels

An incredibly engaging class that's perfect for Aikido beginners. Working and interacting with classmates was a lot of fun. The workout was more intense than I anticipated since it involved repeatedly taking falls and then getting back up. Overall, it was an excellent form of exercise. I enjoyed it and will come back.
