    This is my favorite barre class I’ve taken and I’ve been to a few well known barre chains. Casey was an energetic, encouraging and kind instructor! I appreciated how she introduced herself since it was my first time there. She provided various modifications and the playlist was bomb. I also liked the lockers in the space! They were easy to use and different sizes in case you had a backpack or something larger than a small purse.

    Such a fun class, with just enough challenge to get your blood pumping & legs shaking. Samantha had a great energy and was able to make fine-tuned adjustments to ensure I wasn’t compromising my form. The atmosphere overall was amazing and I definitely see myself coming back for more!!
