There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍

Jade was really supportive, and what I loved about her the most, unlike other instructors outside, is that she doesn’t force you to do more than what you’re capable of.
