You really feel the burn and you push yourself a lot. But the place wasn’t properly set up for the class so time was wasted at the start of people trying to get the correct props etc. maybe other staff can help the instructor have the place set up and ready for when people come in. Also towards the end the class felt abit rushed and we didn’t do all the exercises on both sides (this could have been because we had already gone over the class time). Overall class was good but organisation of props could be done in advance!
