Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

The coach is genuinely the sweetest person ever, and her energy stays amazing throughout the entire 50-minute class. The music selection was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun. Alessia came over to say hi and asked if I had any concerns since it was my first time, which immediately put me at ease. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she went around the room to check on everyone, making sure we were all doing the movements correctly. It's clear she genuinely cares about everyone in the class, no matter their experience level. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and looking forward to my next session.
