see all reviewsOne Lagree is always recommended, as it’s conveniently set in turtle creek.. walking distance from Katy Trail and has an abundance of classes from the early morning into the night. I took a class with Nicole which has a very chill and cool style of teaching! She has the most diverse musical playlist and you can clearly hear all of her instructions, she doesn’t scream or yell. (This is such a big deal in small studios that have microphones.👀) I like how she demonstrates each move and walks around the reformers to make suggestions and set up the machines for the clients during the session, such a small gesture that is a very big help while class is going on. Also, has a great personality and is really sweet, she teaches with intention.

Idk it’s hard to explain but it was just like not super relevant to the workout which annoys me. I think small blips of motivation is fine but when it becomes a ted talk it’s too much. But sequence was solid.. I don’t love doing 3 lunges back to back for my hip flexors but it was effective and I think he’ll be good (not sure if he’s new)

see all reviewsI think that was the most fun I’ve ever had in a Pilates class. This was a creative, fun flow! Cass did a great job explaining that we were pushing vs pulling, she named muscle groups. She seemed very knowledgeable and was able to modify. The only con is that the studio seems very empty at times throughout the day, like I’ve been in there by myself and just the instructor before. That’s not unique to any specific instructor, it’s just kind of weird.
