see all reviewsLoved the workout but I’d change a few things- the leg portion was too long which caused me to have bad form, it felt like more than half of the class was this and I was overly fatigued. I wish they would switch up, for example, go from legs to abs then back to legs to get a little bit of relief. Also the machines are older and wobbly compared to other studios around.
