She explained that Clarify+ is more suitable for those with more acne and could potentially dry out my skin. I also asked April about the differences between the different facials, and she was very knowledgeable and able to explain each one clearly. I really appreciated that they recommended what was best for my skin rather than simply proceeding with what I booked. The receptionist also explained the change to me and made sure I was comfortable with it. I felt that they genuinely care about their clients and provide personalized service—not just simply offering a facial. That’s what I call great customer service! My entire experience was very good, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The service was good, although one whitehead wasn’t completely removed and eventually became a small pimple, which I was able to manage. My only concern was the strong push to avail of another service during my visit. It was quite an expensive package, and I felt pressured to decide on the spot. I also specifically asked if the skincare products given to me were safe while breastfeeding, but after checking them at home, I noticed that one contains retinol. This made me a little uncomfortable since breastfeeding safety was something I had asked about. I liked the actual treatment and the clinic, but I hope they can be a little less pushy with additional services and more careful when recommending products based on a client’s specific concerns.
