see all reviewsGreat class! It was my first class postpartum and I loved having my baby there while also being able to modify moves as needed. The class was a mix of wearing the baby in a carrier and having the baby on the yoga mat.

see all reviewsThis slow flow class was PERFECT, each position we took a few breaths in and moved at a pace that was engaging and relaxing. Some poses were thrown in with more challenging variations, a great mix to feel warm and strong. The instructor Lauren gave pointers for posture and body placement that helped me get the most out of each pose. The music was a nice addition without being distracting. It was a cold morning outside (40 F) but the studio was very comfortable without being too hot.

see all reviewsI always enjoy going to this class. Heat is great and there is enough room to spread out and not feel like your exchanging sweat with your neighbor. This teacher was good. However, some white noise would go along way to block out the neighbors noise which is very distracting when trying to be zen.

see all reviewsThis is a great studio and I’ll definitely return, but if it’s standard practice to introduce yourself and essentially do an icebreaker with a stranger, I’d prefer the instructors do that in the minutes leading up to the beginning of class versus at the formal start time. I’ve been to a handful of the various modalities and each time, by the time it’s explained, completed and everyone settles in, it’s eaten up at least 5 minutes of class time so a 45 min class is 40 min or sometimes shorter.

Apparently I needed a release, because I sobbed at the end of the practice. Big thank you to Phil for the amazing practice, hug, and for holding space for us all! 10/10, will be coming back!

see all reviewsThis is actually a series class, so I ended up there on class 7 of 8. We did 20 minutes of barbell hip thrusts and sprints and then 20 minutes of circuit work with an incline press, chin ups, and Russian twists. The instructor was great, helped me feel welcome as a drop in student, but if you’ve never lifted before this is not the class for you. The playlist was great and it was at your own pace which was nice.

see all reviewsThis class rocked. It was a full on mobility and bone/muscle/joint education. I learned so much from Charlie about some specific pains and tight areas of my body I struggle with and left with practical home exercises to improve them. Charlie is very knowledgeable and motivated me to get working on some imbalances in my muscles and joints that we identified during the class. You get a lot more than you sign up for with this one!! Thanks Charlie!
