I love Yogabox but there’s a culture of people leaving before savasana and bringing/using phones in the studio room that can be disruptive and frustrating as another student. It’d be great if these sort of things could be more discouraged.

But I’m glad I returned to give more of a chance to the weight lifting part of F45. I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.

She was so encouraging, had an incredible energy and playlist. She was walk around and correcting form while also challenging students to increase weights where she saw fit. If I lived here, I would 1000% be a regular. I couldn’t recommend this enough and am pumped for SD to get a studio :)
