see all reviewsThis class was actually with Val- loved her! Super hard class for me but I really enjoyed it and Val gave great modifications and ways to intensify. Will be sore tomorrow! I love Zen Yoga Garage, but my only complaint with this studio is the barre classes are heated and it’s usually a little uncomfortably hot for me- would love if there’s unheated options available in future!

see all reviewsI love the atmosphere of this studio and its amenities, although I find the pace a little more akin to a Pilates or HIIT class. I always have a good workout but when we reach the peak pose, things feel a little rushed. The class itself is only 50 minutes, so the flows feel a bit crammed in. Think this might work a bit better as a 55 or 60 minute class, as is it feels challenging to develop one’s practice.

The facility itself is already great with showers and a free Mat rental for your first visit. The class itself was challenging enough to push me to work hard but didn’t feel overwhelming. I feel amazing afterward. Thank you Carly!

see all reviewsI really wanted a low intensity and not hot yoga session. This delivered, okay it was a little warm for me, but I guess the room needs to be a little warm for yoga, 85 degrees, so I can respect that. They have nice cool towels at the end, which is a lovely thing to have. Good music.

It was very relaxing but also challenging enough that I left with a lot of sweat. There were definitely some advanced poses for those that are seasoned Yogi’s so this class really is for everyone. It’s warm in the studio. They do provide mats, blocks, and a blanket for your knees if needed. Parking is a challenge so give yourself at least 15 min to look for some. Overall I would recommend!
