Instructor was really nice and gave a great yoga experience. It wasn’t too hot in there so that was good but it does make you sweat. I felt great after class. The cork is really cool!!

Katie is so knowledgeable about the inter-workings of connected body parts, muscle groups, etc! She focuses a lot on mobility, balance, and strength which has helped me greatly in my other workouts and day to day activities like pain from sitting at a desk. Challenging workout but you leave feeling so awesome after.

    Vin to Yin

Tashi is easily one of my favorite instructors in Charleston. She is very engaging and creates an amazing atmosphere to really connect with your body in the practice. It is hard to find a very authentic and spiritual yoga studio downtown but the Salt Spa covers all bases.

    Yin

Stephen’s Sunday night yin is a class I look forward to all weekend! He’s been teaching this class for years and has cultivated a truly vibrant and welcoming community. While much of the practice includes traditional yin poses, Stephen and the yogis in the room create a space unlike any other. If you don’t want to laugh, this isn’t the class for you! If you’re looking for a community who’s willing to lean into the space between effort and ease with a smile, join us!

Absolutely loved this class. I was visiting the area for work, and this class made me consider moving nearby so I could attend every Friday night. The studio is cute, vibes are right, instructor is welcoming and kind, and the flow was so unique and powerful. 10/10!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. This class was challenging but doable and so satisfying. Jenny is a great teacher. All of the instructors are fabulous. There is also just a really beautiful vibe at this place - one that is hard to come by.

Love this studio! Super cute and clean with plenty of props available for use. Water and tea available. This class was super relaxing. I’m a beginner and the instructor was really good about explaining each pose. I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve done so far at this studio!

I’m so happy Anahata opened up in WA! Annie is a divine leader. She creates a supportive yet challenging environment. The vinyasa is the perfect level of challenging and the yin is true yin, helping me get deep into the stretches. She has modifications for anything challenging. Annie is also light hearted and funny without compromising the integrity of yoga. Highly recommend! It’s the perfect combination of amazing vibes and great exercise!

CATHERINE AND ZACH ARE AMAZING! The class was OUT OF THIS WORLD, and I will absolutely go again (and again!). Dr. Cat is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and an excellent teacher. They made many adjustments for me that made each new posture feel fun/safe/freeing. Zach is an excellent teacher as well, and always puts together amazing classes. The studio is beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could ever need. The experience is one of a kind in the Charleston area, and everyone could benefit from it and enjoy it. Highly recommend!

Kris and the studio, just incredible. The whole experience was so unique, beautifully thought out, and so cathartic. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. She even spent time after class sitting and talking with us. Felt completely comfortable and no previous yoga experience was needed-unreal experience ✨✨✨✨
