    Rebekah always leads the best classes. The workouts seem to be exactly what I need every time I go! Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does!     Ok I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Her description and demonstration of movements helped to target the areas we were working on, and she made sure to advise of what kind of feeling should be present when performing a specific movement to ensure accuracy.     Ang was a really energetic instructor. I liked how she would demo the move slowly before going into it full out, and she also provided modifications for people who needed less or more. She also had a great playlist! I love when the music syncs with the number of reps. I would recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to get a good spot. This particular class uses mats, weights and resistance bands, all of which were provided but if you prefer using your own mat I’d bring it.
