see all reviewsThis class was so much fun! There were only 2 people in class today and I am thankful for that so Terrie could slow down and really introduce us to step. I have never done it before and it was so much more challenging than I expected and an amazing cardio workout! Lots of choreography to keep up with, but I’m sure after a few more classes I will get the hang of it. She even ended with a little bit of boxing on the bags which was a nice spin for the last few minutes. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great workout Terrie!

see all reviewsAng was a really energetic instructor. I liked how she would demo the move slowly before going into it full out, and she also provided modifications for people who needed less or more. She also had a great playlist! I love when the music syncs with the number of reps. I would recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to get a good spot. This particular class uses mats, weights and resistance bands, all of which were provided but if you prefer using your own mat I’d bring it.

see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

I have a bigger why than before e due to post partum depression and anxiety and if anyone is going through this you must take this class. This gym is perfect size and owners and trainers are kind and personable. They know you by 1st names but it’s not intimidating.
