The class had a beautiful flow with options for all levels. I came in feeling flustered and left feeling grounded and energized. Thank you for a great experience!

see all reviewsIt was my first time at SALT and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely one of the better barre classes I’ve taken. It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

She also had a great playlist! I love when the music syncs with the number of reps. I would recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to get a good spot. This particular class uses mats, weights and resistance bands, all of which were provided but if you prefer using your own mat I’d bring it.

see all reviews1st barre class, 1st heated class, & 1st class at this studio & it was great! Kerrie was nice, welcoming, & a great teacher. She encouraged us to push ourselves but to also listen to our body and know when we needed to take a moment. I don’t do a lot of cardio and found this class to be challenging but doable. The cold towel at the end was amazing. Playlist was great. We worked out every part of our body. I was worried about taking a heated class but it wasn’t bad at all. The temperature was just warm enough. My feedback would be to add more bars (maybe rolling ones since there isn’t a ton of empty wall space) because it did feel like everyone was very close together & to ask everyone to wipe down the props/items used at the end.

see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time
