Loved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

I feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! I recommend at least trying this class, even if you’re not sure if a higher intensity class is for you.

The traditional reformer is my least favorite type of reformer but hopefully with time it will change and I will grow to like it. I was hoping to work with the tower a bit (my favorite ) but it wasn’t part of the sequence I think. I found it a bit challenging but overall it was a good workout, today’s session was more core focused but I am sure I will definitely feel it tomorrow meaning it was a great workout regardless! This was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class at this location although I’ve taken other classes here. Monica is a great instructor!! Would definitely take more classes with her she found ways to adjust the difficulty level on various sections of class depending on where you were at in your yoga sculpt journey. Form + Flow Vinyasa

Loved this class- great sequencing and great fit for seasoned yogis. Would not recommend for total beginners as teacher does not offer many modifications for advanced poses
