tangerine flow
see all reviewsJake was a sub. Really liked his class a lot, good flows, meditative, challenging, hope he comes back to Tangerine. One odd thing tho, there was a woman in the class in the front who was faced the wrong way the entire class. Never saw this before. Super distracting and wished Jake would have ( politely) asked that she face the same way everyone else was.

see all reviewsMonica is a great instructor!! Would definitely take more classes with her she found ways to adjust the difficulty level on various sections of class depending on where you were at in your yoga sculpt journey. Really enjoyed the flow. Only drawback is that the mats in the studio were incredibly slick which made it tougher to get into some of the flow since I have sweaty hands. Next time I’ll plan to bring my mat or a towel.

see all reviewsAdel is easily one of the best teachers I’ve experienced, and having made the rounds to check out a dozen or two yoga studios in recent years this was probably the class where I learned the most nuanced key info on perfecting poses —engaging and meticulous instruction throughout a beautifully sequenced, challenging yet mostly accessible run through. A delight. Namaste🙏🏿

I often had to apologize for accidentally touching someone next to me because of how cramped it was when the class was full. Reid said that he was a sub for Madeline.
