see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and Iād definitely take it again.

Think of her classes as the Rolls-Royce of workouts, complete with her friendly and professional vibe and quick wit. Itās truly something special, different from any other boutique, family-owned workout studio. Itās unique because the Form50 family is in their own league, all thanks to the amazing instructors led by the owner Monica and head of fitness design classes, Becca, and of course my good friend the legend and mithi Coach Kenny aka Killer K, Cohen, coach, Andrew, or Mahi G and Carlee at the Miami location. see all reviewsGreat class! I really felt the burn as someone who has been working out for years, but the class was still adaptable for beginners. One suggestion I have for this studio is to mic up the teacher, he was giving instructions at a volume totally appropriate for mat Pilates (where you donāt want to be yelled at like a bootcamp class) but even though the music wasnāt loud either, the acoustics in the room didnāt really allow me to hear him when he was on the opposite side. I messed up the first leg of the glute series because I couldnāt really hear him. I would still come back because the class was effective and well thought out.

see all reviewsBekah is hands down one of the best instructors Iāve ever taken. I hadnāt been in one of her classes for four years because I was living in areas without a FORM50 studio nearby, and I honestly forgot how amazing she is. She is everything you could want in an instructor. Sheās constantly walking the room, checking every single personās FORM50 form, making corrections, encouraging everyone, and pushing you to be your best. She somehow gets the entire class moving together, and that completely changes the energy of the workout. I also forgot how tough her classes areābut theyāre tough in the best way, and every minute is worth it. Thereās a reason Monica, the founder of FORM50, chose Bekah to become the lead programmer responsible for designing the workouts. Beyond all of that, Bekah is genuinely kind and authentic. Sheās always herself, treats everyone with respect, and never comes across as someone whoās putting on a fake persona. Thatās something I truly appreciate. Another thing I love about Bekah is that sheās always willing to help. Whether you have a question about billing, need a modification because of an injury or medical condition, or just want extra guidance on a movement, sheāll take the time to make sure youāre taken care of. FORM50 has built an incredible team overall. Kenny, whoās become a dear friend, is one of the toughest instructors Iāve taken and has been instrumental in the companyās growth. As Head of Talent Acquisition, heās done an amazing job finding and developing outstanding instructors. Quinn (āQueen Beeā) is another favorite, especially if youāre in Williamsburg. I also highly recommend Andrewās class, Kelseyās class (the Williamsburg Studio Manager), Erin, Mindy, Carlee in Miami, Selena in Brooklyn, and Jessica in Queens. Every one of them brings something special, and theyāre not only phenomenal instructors but genuinely great people. And yes, Carlee and Jessica are absolutely gorgeous, but what really sets them apartāas with all of the FORM50 instructorsāis their professionalism, energy, kindness, and ability to make every class unforgettable. If I had a FORM50 Mount Rushmore, it would be Bekah, Kenny, Quinn, and Carlee. Together, they represent everything that makes FORM50 one of the best workout studios Iāve ever experienced. After taking more than 222 FORM50 classesāand trying countless workout studios across the countryāI can honestly say nothing comes close. I like to describe FORM50 as strength training on a customized reformer. Itās unlike any other studio Iāve experienced. Iāve also taken classes at other reformer-based studios, including Jetset and others. Theyāre not bad workouts, and with the right instructor they can be enjoyable. But in my experience, they donāt deliver the same level of consistency, coaching, or overall challenge that FORM50 does. Every class is thoughtfully designed to push you, improve your strength, and target muscles you didnāt even know you had. Thatās what keeps me coming back. If youāre looking for a workout that will truly challenge you and make you stronger, FORM50 is in a league of its own. I couldnāt recommend it more highly.
