This was my first cycle class ever in my life and I absolutely loved the energy! Sammy was an amazing instructor and the exercises were very varied. The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

    Ultimate Tabata

This was a challenging workout. Know that the "rests" between sets are active (cardio, plyometrics, and pure strength moves), so you're moving nonstop for the full hour. I get lightheaded very easily (long covid) and it made me too woozy, but if you want an intense class this one is worth trying! Vibes are a little crossfit-y, so be warned if you don't want that

Really enjoyed the class, although I wouldn’t call it a strength class. You can opt for heavier weights, but other than that, it’s a pretty traditional bar method barre class. Which I appreciated! One thing to share with those who’ve never taken a bar method class: it’s trés heavy on the pushups! Prepare your pec muscles in advance!

    Mat Pilates

Reid was cool. Very helpful! the space was small and very stuffy when I came in. I often had to apologize for accidentally touching someone next to me because of how cramped it was when the class was full. Reid said that he was a sub for Madeline. I'll be back either way, because I enjoyed the class.

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

I took Marisa’s Vinyasa class and it really fun and calming! She was very kind and welcoming, and explained the postures perfectly. Her flow led up to trying a split which was new for me, but with her instruction, I was ready to try it! I recommend trying any of Marisa’s classes. I had the best time!
