I really enjoyed this class! Nikki was very encouraging and full of positive energy. She worked so hard with us, which kept us going. It was a much harder and more fast-paced class comparing to other zumba classes i’ve taken. However, it was rewarding and definitely worth the effort. Will go again when I need some serious cardio.

Linn’s class is the best class. I go to CKO to take only her class because her class gets me working out like no other 💪 It’s in my weekly rotation of classes. If you want to look good and FEEL good after your workout, take Linn’s! It’s fast paced but Linn will ensure you’re following along by coming over for a quick 1:1 help. Steven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Very solid class, the instructor is very personable and friendly. It was very fast paced with breaks that were a little short for my liking, but that made it challenging!! I like how big the class was tbh because it really felt like a huge team, but I can see it was maybe a little difficult for the instructor to juggle all of us! I would love a slower-paced class in this same environment.
